Resistant rubber sheets
A prevalent use of rubber sheets is the protection of a surface from some kind of adverse effect.
Our heat resistant EPDM rubber sheet can withstand not only a wide spectrum of extreme temperatures (it is rated between -60 °C and +150 °C), but it can also endure the weather, and it is even resistant to chemicals, be it acids and bases, glycol, acetene and alcohol.
If you are looking for an oil-resistant rubber sheet instead of a chemical-resistant one, you can still find the perfect choice in our webshop! These rubber sheets have a great resistance to oils (whether mineral or vegetable oils) and fats, up to different temperatures based on the particular product.
Our abrasion resistant rubber sheets are perfect for industrial usage and surface protection. They protect against not only abrasion and other harmful physical effects, but they can also withstand most generally used acids and bases, and up to 60 °C hot water.
General SBR rubber sheets are also resistant to 60 °C hot water, and to alkali solutions as well, up to a pH of 10. Our Neoprene rubber sheet boasts similar qualities in addition to being oil- and weather-resistant.
The adhesive, foamed EPDM rubber sheet is perfect for heat insulation (it is rated between -30 °C and +100 °C), sound insulation, shock absorption and it can even be used as a gasket against water leakage. Our foamed neoprene CR sheet can also be used for heat insulation (between -40 °C and +80 °C), and it has an excellent resistance to chemicals and flames, as well as aging, so it is also suitable for usage outdoors.
Anti-slip, electrical safety and other rubber mats
In an earlier article, we have gone into details about electrical safety rubber mats, but we would like to emphasise once again the importance of adequate protection when working with or around high-voltage electricity. These rubber products provide effective insulation against 17-26.5 KV of electricity.
However, when you need small surface resistivity in order to prevent electrostatic discharge – for example to protect sensitive electronics –, our antistatic ESD rubber sheet is the right choice. This rubber mat is excellent for electrical grounding for instance at work tables or explosion hazardous areas.
