Description
Foam adhesive tape made from closed-cell foam rubber in EPDM with smooth surface. Flexible, acid and base resistant. Can be used at switch box, ac technic, outside. Very good heat resistance.
The datas of the foam – density: 120 kg/m³. Temperature range: from -40 °C to +95 °C (for a short time 130 °C). Tensile strength (ASTM-D1056/85): 35 kPa at 25% pressure, 70 kPa at 50% pressure. 50 Shore hardness (ASTM 2240). Water pervious: max 2%. Shrinkage: 5% after 22 hours 70°C. Thermical conductibility (ASTM C 518-04): 0,050 W/mK. Glue data – Heat resistance: from -40 °C +100 °C. Insertion fabric: silicone LPDE film. Aging: excellent.
